 The following is a tentative schedule and is subject to change...

Competitors must arrive before the Thursday 10:00am briefing, please check in with the stable manager upon arrival. 

Wednesday

1:00pm – 5:00pm    ‘In-Barn Inspections’

(Any In-Barn Inspections not completed before 5:00pm may be done before the Briefing Thursday morning)

           

Thursday

9:00am    Packages and Numbers may be picked up from the secretary

10:00am    Competitor Briefing & Official Welcome,

followed by a ride around phases A & C and a demonstration of what is expected at Horse Inspection

            2:00pm     First Horse Inspection

Start times for Dressage will be published after the first Horse Inspection

4:00pm     Cross Country Course Walks with Clinicians

5:30pm     Rider meeting

 

Friday

8:00am     Dressage Begins with the Entry division (Entry Test B), followed by the Pre-Training division (Pre-Training Test B),

 and finishing with the Training division (Training Test C-60)

1:00pm     Steeplechase practice session with clinician for the Entry riders

2:30pm     Steeplechase practice session with clinician for the Pre-Training riders

4:00pm     Steeplechase practice session with clinician for the Training riders

5:30pm     Rider Briefing - discussion on ‘The 10 minute Box Strategy and what to expect’ and ‘After care of the cross-country horse’

 

Saturday

            9:00am     Endurance begins

            5:00pm     Competitors Briefing followed by Party

 

Sunday

            8:30am     Final Horse Inspection

            10:00am     Show Jumping Course walk with Clinicians

11:00am     Show Jumping begins in reverse order of standing (Entry division, followed by the Pre-Training division,  finishing with the Training division)

            With closing ceremonies and mounted presentation of awards to follow
